Working hours:
 
The daily phone hours of the Institute are Sunday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4.00 PM. The Institute is closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Outside the opening hours, the Institute can be contacted on the fax number and email addresses below. The operating languages of the Institute are English and Arabic.
 
 
Staff:
 
The staff of the Institute are currently divided into three specialized units:

• A Finance and Admin Unit consisting of a head of finance and administration, a secretary/receptionist, and an accountant.

• A Program Unit consisting of three program officers and an assistant, as well as project related staff employed on a short-term basis (project officers and preparatory project officers).
• A Communication Unit consisting of head of communication and two communication officers.
